G.Saray'ın yeni transferine büyük öfke var.

Transferde sessiz günler geçiren Galatasaray'ın dünyaca ünlü yıldız Harry Kewell'ı renklerine bağlaması, sadece Türkiye'de değil İngiltere'de de geniş yankı uyandırdı... Fakat bu transfere en büyük tepki, Avustralyalı yıldızın eski kulübü olan Leeds United'tan geldi. 2000 yılında İngiliz taraftarlar Christopher Loftus ve Kevin Speight'ın Taksim'de öldürülmesi nedeniyle Galatasaray'dan adeta nefret eden Leeds'li taraftarların Kewell'ı, "İstanbul'a gitme, yoksa ölürsün" diye tehdit ettiği belirlendi.

Leeds United Kulübü'ne yakın gazeteler, transfer haberinin ortaya çıkmasının ardından bazı İngiliz holiganların, Avustralyalı yıldızın cep telefonuna ölüm tehditleri içeren mesajlar attığını öne sürdü. Leeds Fun Club'ın forum sayfasında da Kewell'a ateş püsküren Leeds'li taraftarlar, efsane gözüyle baktıkları yıldız futbolcu için, "Elimizdeki tüm Kewell formalarını yakacağız.
