Öncelikle;
başlat çalıştırdan regedit yazarak kayıt defterini açıyoruz.
ardından aşağıdaki adresi buluyoruz

HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\Curre ntVersion\Policies\system
anahtarını açıp disabletaskmgr verisini 0 olarak değiştiriyoruz.
